ROCK PIPIT
The Property
Rock Pipit is a detached, contemporary and stylish holiday house in an enviable position in New Polzeath, boasting sea views from all the principal rooms. Set down a quiet residential lane in a tucked away position yet within 200 yards from the coastal paths, beach and the sea beyond. Rock Pipit can sleep 2-10 in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There is a large garden where children can burn off any energy not exhausted from a day spent on the beach or in the sea, and a fabulous deck where grown ups can relax and enjoy a sun downer.
Rock Pipit is as perfect for couples as for families or groups of friends. A sunny summer break to a cosy winter weekends with the crackling log burner lit.
Dogs are now allowed on Polzeath beach all year round (with just a time restriction between 10am and 6.00pm from 15 May to 30 September to add to Daymer Bay and Rock, along with acres of National Trust land to explore, Polzeath is fast becoming a top destination for holidays with your four-legged friends in tow. Sleeping
There are four bedrooms at Rock Pipit.
Two upstairs, one king and one super king (that can be made twins). Two bedrooms downstairs, a king and a twin bedroom.
In the snug/office there is also a comfy double sofa bed. We can also add two truckle beds for children in the upstairs bedrooms on request (subject to small fee)
Outside
The perfect indoor/outdoor living space with bifold doors that open out to the large enclosed garden and deck with BBQ.
There is an outdoor seating area, sun loungers and a large outdoor dining table and chairs
Bathrooms
The two bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms with bath/shower and downstairs is a further bathroom with bath/shower as well as a downstairs loo off the utility room.
Don't forget the outdoor shower too!
Hot Tub
Perfect for winter stays and the English weather, a large hot tub to relax in after a long day on the beach
Living
A large open plan living and dining space is the perfect place to socialise and relax
Fast Wifi and a smart TV with access to all apps (Netflix/Amazon/Disney etc)
The snug/office gives an extra space to close the doors and watch a film or use as an office and work from home in Cornwall!
Beach
Two minutes down a path directly from the garden you will reach Polzeath Beach or Baby Bay for surfing, body boarding and swimming
